I see I'm not the only one having a great amount of trouble with the newest version of wincustomize 7.  You have bugs in this software you're not admitting to.  I have also asked for a $20 credit and it has been ignored.  You are ripping off your customers and seem to think nothing of it.

Perhaps the attorney general of massachusetts might get involved.  You have aggravated a population of your buyers.  She is right.  Customer Service is a dud with helping your customers.  You only know how to get customers to download.  Live with the bugs.  Who cares.

Okay, so what is the product you are talking about?  Do you mean WindowBlinds 7?

What are the problems you are having?

If you are more specific in explaining the problems that you are having it will help those you can help you.

Did you identily the problems you are having in an email to support@stardock.com?

EDIT:  I just looked at you other forum threads where you asked for assistance.  Some was offered but you failed to reply to let the responders know if that was what you needed or were looking for.  Conversation really need to be two way to serve any purpose.

In reviewing the tickets we have on file for you, you do not provide enough information for us to use to help you.  If you would email us with specific information about your issues, we would be glad to help you.

You mean WindowBlinds 7?  What bugs are you referring to?  Referring generically to complaints on the forums is pretty useless in trying to fix any issues you may be having.

I have also asked for a $20 credit and it has been ignored. You are ripping off your customers and seem to think nothing of it.

Refund policy: https://store.stardock.com/policy.aspx

We don't just hand out money when people ask for refunds.  You have to at least try to get help.

Um...https://www.stardock.com/about/contactus.asp

As you can see from our mailing address, we're based in Michigan, not Massachusetts.  I'm not sure what getting your local government involved will do to solve your issue, but I imagine your time would be better spent trying to work with us to resolve your issues rather than saber rattling legal threats on our forums.
